"I, A.B., having been appointed as Chairman/member of the Monopolies and
do solemnly a firm Restricitve Trade Practices Commission -\- that I will swear in the name of God faithfully and conscientiously discharge may duties as Chairman/member to the best of my ability, knowledge and judgment, without fear or favour, affection or ill will."
